Welcome!
Welcome to the Glengarry Community Development Trust (GCDT), formerly known as Glengarry Community Woodlands. We are a charitable, community-led organisation managing local land assets here in Glengarry in the Scottish Highlands.
Our work is focused on supporting sustainable change through projects such as woodland crofts and affordable housing, the Glengarry Forest Cabins enterprise, and the long-term stewardship of our woodlands. We recently published the first Community Action Plan for Glengarry.
You can become a member of the Trust. We welcome applications for Ordinary, Associate and Junior members.

Thank you
Thank you to Koehler Energy Group UK. GCDT Development Manager, Tom Cooper, recently met with John Cuthbert to formally accept the accumulated community benefit fund award, which totals £48,516.02.
These funds are generated from three local hydropower projects: Allt Garaidh Ghualaich, Greenfield Burn, and Allt an t-Sidhein.
Koehler Energy Group made this contribution in response to our Community Action Plan (CAP).
